Our client requires a Service Desk Analyst (German speaking 1st line) based at state of the art offices in High Wycombe.

You will:
- Be fluent in German and sensitive to cultural differences within german speaking countries.
- Demonstrate your professional skills with at least six months experience in first line support.
- Have a technical IT skill set based around Microsoft OS, Desktops/Laptops, Active Directory, Itil combined. Experience of other packages useful (Remedy, ITSM, Active Directory; VNC; SAP )
- Excellent customer focus with good troubleshooting skills that can analyse and problem solve.

As the Service Desk Analyst (1st line support) you will be making the initial contact. This is achieved by responding to inbound telephone calls, emails and service requests and first line support to users on IT / Telephony related problems.
Daily Duties:
- Responsible for assisting all users with their questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Willing to learn as he/she progresses in his/her position and as he/she is faced with new questions and situations.
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
- Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Able to follow processes and meet SLA’s
